The producers of Short and Sweet proudly invite you to share in a unique short film experience, rich in the distilled romance of one of cinema’s fondest bygone eras. An eccentrically sentimental amalgamation of ground-breaking filmmaking and nostalgic enchantment, Joburg’s first ever Short Film Drive-in Cinema will take place in the secluded urban meadow of Mark’s Park, crested by n’ koppie and soaked in the cityscape, under the swollen summer moon…
Showcasing eight hand selected short films on the country’s largest inflatable screen, and featuring every conceivable cinematic convenience from ushers to gourmet refreshments, this exclusive premiere is limited to 150 vehicles per screening. So put methane in your muscle cars, grease up the mind gears, and come catch a moon tan…
The evening will be run on a first come, first parked basis so please be sure to arrive early.
Tickets: R250 per vehicle (see T&Cs)
Date: Saturday 16 November.
Showtime: Gates open at 5pm, films start at 8:00pm (event ends at 10:00pm)

Terms & Conditions:
Only four-wheeled motor vehicles will be permitted (please no motorcycles).
Audio to be transmitted directly to your vehicle via FM frequency (make sure your car radio works).
Each vehicle will be given a dedicated parking bay upon arrival (first come, first parked).).
Only pre-sold tickets are available so please buy online prior to arriving.
Right of admission reserved. Security will be on-site throughout.
